Shipping

Due to a recent number of fraudulent orders, we had to tighten our fraud prevention settings. As a result, the street address, city, zip code, and CVV code must match exactly with what’s on your credit card. If your credit card is linked to a non-U.S. address, please let us know.

Additionally, if you wish to ship to a different address than your billing address you must fill out a Credit Card Authorization Form and provide a SELFIE with a clear photo of an ID matching the BILLING address for identity verification. This is a one time request and all future orders will be cleared for processing.

Please allow up to 48 hours for orders to ship. Orders placed on Fridays after 12pm will ship out on the following Monday.

Free shipping on orders over $100

Our products are tested for quality and all shipments are inspected before they are sent out. Please carefully inspect your products upon delivery. Refunds for damaged goods in shipping will only be accepted for 48 hours after delivery.

Returns will be accepted in unused and unopened packaging for 30 days from the date of purchase. We will notify you via email once we have received your return and let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected upon inspection. Final Sale items excluded.
